I acknowledge that this is an application to lease this property and that my application is subject to the Management/Landlord's approval and the availability of the premises on the requested date. No action will be taken against the Management/Landlord if the application is unsuccessful or upon acceptance should the premises be unavailable for occupation on the date for whatever reason.

I acknowledge that I will be required to pay a month's rental in advance and a rental bond.

I confirm that all the information provided in this application is accurate and honest, and I willingly submit it voluntarily.

I confirm that I have conducted a thorough inspection of the premises and am not in a state of bankruptcy. I hereby grant authorization to the Management to gather information regarding my creditworthiness from the owner or Management of my current or previous residence, as well as my personal references, and any records or databases containing tenant default information. In the event that I breach the terms of a rental agreement, the Management is permitted to disclose details of such defaults to any party deemed by the Management to have a legitimate interest in receiving this information.
